Ordinary profanity is rewritten into minced oaths from this list. The check is a deterministic function, not a conversation, and it runs again on the server before anything is filed.
Threats, hate, slurs, and other harm are refused outright. They are not translated into whimsy. Version 1 of the list below powers the civility check (civility-1.1).

When a small object has defeated a grown person.

For a cluster of inconveniences that have formed a committee.

Mild disappointment, especially of one’s own making.

Hardware, weather, or both.
consarn it
An older relative of dadgummit; use sparingly.

Discovery of an inexplicable arrangement.

When patience has filed a complaint.

Surprise that is not quite an emergency.
son of a biscuit
A mess with no named villain.
Jiminy Christmas
Seasonal or not; volume optional.
fiddlesticks
A plan that came apart at a joint.
horsefeathers
Nonsense, especially dressed as official language.

Peak irritation still fit for a picnic.
absolute ding-dong
The situation, not a private citizen.
miserable flapjack
A morning that refused to stack.

Mild astonishment at a small betrayal by an object.
